A New Era of Exterior Yacht Furniture

At Silverlining we are exploring a radical approach to exterior furniture by using sustainable materials and advanced manufacturing. Identifying current exterior yacht furniture constraints allows us to push the boundaries of creativity and craftsmanship. There is a kind of alchemy that happens when you create a bespoke piece of furniture; bringing together client and designer, raw material and maker to conjure something that is beautiful, refined and totally one of a kind.

Graduating Cork

Material exploration is key at Silverlining. The new exterior furniture collection delves into cork, a renewable material found in the western Mediterranean. Cork extraction is sustainable and does not harm the environment.

Shaped cork components with graduating granules from big to small, base to top.

3D Printed Ceramic

Throwing clay and forming pottery is an ancient art, but 3D printed alternatives offer unique shapes, cost-effectiveness, and faster production compared to traditional methods.

Examples of Customisable ombre blue to white 3D printed ceramic pedestals in an unglazed finish.
